Solution Architect - Banking Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and lead the transformation of banking solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge banking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will work closely with our team of business specialists to co-create new products and solutions that drive business value and growth for our clients. Your expertise in lending, deposit management, and core banking will be invaluable in shaping the future of our banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust banking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team of business specialists to co-create new products and solutions that drive business value and growth.
  • Lead the transformation of existing banking solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze customer business drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives within the banking industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture and delivery to banks.
  • Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
  • Extensive network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks.
  • Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
  • Business fluent in English.
