The Role

We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to support our Store Team in leading sales and customer service initiatives. Working collaboratively to drive business results and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and operational excellence.
  • Closely monitor store sales to achieve targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development.
  • Evaluate and maintain occupational health and safety management, adhering to state and national legislation.
