About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cyber Security Analyst to join our IT business and contribute to our Cyber Security function.

This is a permanent opportunity based at our Head Office, where you will work closely with HR, Group Audit, Privacy, Group Security, and Legal teams to investigate and analyze data related to cyber incidents.

You will provide cyber security support to critical technology projects, representing cyber at governance forums both internally and externally.

This role reports into the Head of Group Cyber Security Centre (GCSC), providing a group-wide service of cyber security operational incident response, containment, and support.

  • Leading major investigations in relation to the extraction and analysis of data
  • Representing cyber at governance forums
  • Providing cyber security support to critical technology projects
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading and/or participating in cyber security operational teams
  • 5+ years of cyber incident response and analysis within a SOC environment
  • 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk modelling, incident detection, log analysis, and security consulting and assessment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage at both technical and executive levels
