About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Support Specialist to support our essential industries and trade customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clean full drivers' license
  • Some general computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work as part of a team
