**Permit to Work Coordinator Role**

We are currently seeking a Permit to Work Coordinator to join our team on an exciting project. Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the Permit to Work system on site to ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory and company safety standards.

  • "Administer and oversee the PTW system to ensure permits are correctly issued, authorized, and closed.", "Review permit applications for completeness, accuracy, and safety compliance.", "Ensure appropriate risk assessments (JSA, HIRA, etc.) are attached and adequate control measures are implemented.", "Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe execution of high-risk work such as hot work, confined space entry, working at height, electrical isolation, excavation, and lifting activities.", "Maintain a permit log and tracking system for all ongoing and completed work.", "Conduct site inspections to ensure work under permit is carried out as per safety procedures and permit conditions."

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC / OSHA Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE or PTW coordination role in an industrial or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Permit to Work systems and associated risk control measures.
