Pre-Contract Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Contract Engineer to lead contract administration and pre-contract work in the civil and construction industry, based in Brisbane.


About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration, ensuring favorable terms for both parties through effective negotiation skills.
  • They will oversee the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in bids.
  • Additionally, they will collaborate with various teams to develop winning proposals aligned with client requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • More than 7 years of experience in negotiating contracts, bid management, and estimation within the construction or piling industry.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for success in this position.
