About the Role


Hairhouse is a leading hair and beauty retailer seeking a highly skilled Body Piercer to join our team at our Bondi Junction store. As an Expert Piercing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional piercing services to our clients, while also developing your retail skills across jewellery and hair care.


Estimated Salary: AU$50,000 - AU$65,000 per annum


About You



  • You have a minimum of 1 year's experience in ear piercing, with a strong understanding of piercing types and jewellery.
  • You hold an Infection Control Certification and have experience in best practice hygiene protocols.
  • You are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest piercing trends and have a strong interest in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate clients on after-care, check-ups, and jewellery resizing.
  • You are a team player, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to support the Retail and Salon teams as needed.

Responsibilities



  • Create positive experiences for every piercing client.
  • Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed Council, OH&S, and Hairhouse standards.
  • Develop a piercing community between the store and piercing customers to build loyal client relationships.
  • Support the Retail and Salon teams during downtime.
