Role Overview

No extensive sales experience is necessary, but a self-driven attitude and adaptability to varied work schedules are essential. You will receive training designed to equip you with the skills needed for engaging conversations, allowing you to confidently customize your approach and effectively educate potential members.

As part of a leading health and lifestyle club in Australia and New Zealand, you will contribute to a dynamic and enjoyable workplace culture. You will be based at a flagship location known for its exceptional facilities and will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Group Sales Manager, who will provide support to help you excel.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly motivated and optimistic with a proactive mindset;
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Health & Fitness;
  • Experience in a sales environment is advantageous;
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • Ability to thrive in achieving and surpassing goals;
  • Understanding of sales principles and processes;
  • Experience in face-to-face and telecommunication sales;
  • Conducting tours for prospective members of our premium facilities;
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude;
  • Strong communication abilities;
  • Proactive in meeting personal sales targets;
  • Experience in phone sales is a plus;
  • Ability to relate to diverse prospective members;
  • A fun-loving personality who enjoys a high-energy work environment.
