Site Foreman Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations to meet project timelines and budgets;
  • Lead a team of operators and ensure they have the necessary training and tools to perform their jobs safely;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge and skills within the team;
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors to coordinate scope of works effectively;
  • Monitor mobile and stationary plant operation to maintain efficiency and safety standards;
  • Plan consumables and maintenance requirements in advance to minimize downtime;
  • Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to maintain timely supply lines;
  • Work closely with project leads to plan realistic timeframes for achieving project goals;
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mining or civil supervisor;
  • A strong track record of managing a team and leading by example;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines;
  • Current White Card certification;
  • Mobile plant tickets in multiple machines.
