Site Supervisor Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the Sydney region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling and monitoring the day-to-day activities of sub-contractors to ensure on-site works are constructed efficiently, effectively and at a high quality standard.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Supervisor or leading a construction team, with a valid NSW Drivers Licence and White Card. Trade qualifications or Builder/Supervisor licence is highly desirable but not essential.

This role will involve:

  • Coordinating and scheduling sub-contractors
  • Monitoring on-site works to ensure efficiency, quality standards and project progress
  • Reporting to head office on construction progress and any issues that may arise
  • Managing relationships and communication with relevant professionals and stakeholders
  • Booking inspections and managing up to 25 project home builds at any given time
  • Picking up and delivering materials as required by purchase orders
  • Maintaining safety at all times in accordance with company procedures
