Security Professional

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to provide a safe environment for all staff, patients, clients, visitors, and the general public.
This is a full-time opportunity with a rotating roster consisting of day, afternoon, and night shifts across a 7-day period, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding appropriately to emergency codes and security procedures
- Providing high-quality customer service and support
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Perimeter patrolling
- Report writing and administration duties
- Establishing and sustaining productive working relationships
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role (mandatory)
- Certificate II in Security (mandatory)
- Current SA Security License (mandatory)
- Effective communication skills
- A positive attitude and approach to working as part of a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong customer and patient centric focus
- Intermediate computer skills
- Incident report writing skills
- Dedicated adherence to safe working procedures
