Administrative Support Professional

Trant is Seeking a Reliable Administrator
The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team at our site offices on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly.
This is a part-time role, requiring the individual to work 20-30 hours each week to suit their needs.
The duties include:
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- Welcoming visitors to the site office
- Answering calls and responding to queries
- Coordinating deliveries to the site
- Managing invoices and receipts for the company
- Completing labour timesheets accurately
- Uploading documents to our in-house system and external portals
- Ordering stationery supplies
- Updating spreadsheets with relevant information
- Performing various ad-hoc administration tasks as required
The ideal candidate should possess strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Applications, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication skills.
The salary for this position is expected to be around £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
