The Roles

We are seeking talented brokers from all levels of experience, including Assistant / Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Directors. Roles involve managing a variety of portfolios, including Domestic, SE, Commercial, Mid-market, and Corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to senior staff
  • Management of portfolio
  • New Business
  • Processing quotations, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Proactively acting upon new business leads provided by the brokerage
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of product to clients
  • Achieving individual and team KPIs
  • Working collaboratively with team members
  • Managing Claims

Requirements

  • Tier 1 broking essential for most roles; however, open to Tier 2 as a minimum
  • Experience years of insurance-related experience (Claims, Underwriting, Broking)
  • Exposure to classes such as Personal Lines, Property, Business Packs, Liability, and Financial Lines
  • Prior experience undertaking all aspects of insurance broking (or broking administration) including responding to client requests, all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio, and claims management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Competent in IT and office procedures
  • Experience in some of Winbeat, Officetech, ibais CBS, and Sunrise
