Aon Hewitt is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team. As an Insurance Broker Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Brokers in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Servicing: Provide administrative support to our Account Brokers, ensuring seamless client interactions and timely resolution of client needs.
  • Insurance Policy Management: Participate in policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency, and endorsements.
  • Policy Administration: Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
  • Customer Service: Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administration support role or general insurance industry.
  • Qualifications: Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proactive, organized, and ability to meet deadlines; excellent attention to detail.
