Transforming Business with SAP Expertise

This is a leadership position for a seasoned SAP program manager with 15+ years of experience in project / program management.
The successful candidate will manage daily operations of SAP BAU support, including incident management, service requests, problem management, and minor enhancements. They will ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs, track and report performance metrics.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling them to connect with senior client business and IT stakeholders and demonstrate thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and present proposals and solutions to clients
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- 15+ years of experience in project / program management
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
