Rural Allied Health Workforce Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to join our Community and Allied Health team at the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN).
About the Role- Drive improvements in service quality, workforce development, and community-based healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with the Education and Workforce Development Team, senior leadership, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery, workforce skills, and community engagement.
- Lead initiatives to improve the quality, safety, and accessibility of allied health services in the region.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in quality, service planning, and workforce planning.
- A recognised qualification in an Allied Health profession and eligibility for full membership of the relevant professional association.
- Extensive experience in community engagement, client and family-centred practice, and cultural competency.
- Experience in data management, budget management, and technology integration within clinical settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proven track record of contributing to service planning, development, and quality improvement.
- Leadership experience in service development, research, and evaluation.
The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network covers almost 340,000 square kilometres of South Australia, supporting about 40,000 people.
