About Our Transport Attendant Role

Deliver compassionate, patient-first transport services to those in pre- and post-hospital care.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, effective, and aligned clinical interventions across a range of acuity levels.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and healthcare teams to support safe, timely patient transport and accurate handovers.
  • Mentor junior staff, maintain professional registration, and keep competencies up-to-date through ongoing education and accreditation.
  • Evaluate safety and infection control standards to ensure vehicles and equipment meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, using resources efficiently, participating in quality assurance activities, and promoting incident reporting for service enhancement.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualification in Paramedical Science or equivalent.
  • Completion of 400 clinical hours or graduate year.
  • A valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster.
