Personal Care Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our residents, supporting their choice and independence.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has excellent communication skills. You will enjoy building strong relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues to ensure care outcomes are exceeded.

  • Assist our team with planned and unplanned leave, working varying shifts including AM, PM, and Night Duty
  • Provide safe and effective personal care tailored to each resident's needs
  • Ensure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
  • Provide assistance with tasks including medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Health Services Assistance or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Current Police Check clearance
  • Passionate Carer with excellent people and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per relevant state guidelines
