As a Trading Specialist, you will drive growth by promoting products and services while delivering top-notch client service across various communication channels. Key responsibilities include:

    • Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills.
    • Build relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Client Support:
    • Deliver exceptional customer support across all communication channels.
    • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Performance and Goal Achievement:
    • Work towards meeting or exceeding growth targets based on specific KPIs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the financial sector.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including adapting approaches for various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English.
