Home Care Support Worker OpportunityWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a home care support worker. This role involves providing tailored and person-centred services to support elderly people on home care packages Levels 1 to 4.Your Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Engaging in companionship and social activities to promote mental well-being
  • Performing domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on shopping trips and providing transportation
About You:
  • Experience providing home care services to older people is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential
  • You must have a smart mobile phone with internet access, current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a current Australian Federal Police check
  • A reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance is also required
  • A Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support is necessary
  • Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights are also required
