Restaurant Management Role

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily restaurant operations effectively.

  • Competitive remuneration and quarterly bonus program will be available
  • $300 public holiday allowance will be provided
  • Access to 13 paid 'recharge days' per year, offering a 4-day working week every 4 weeks, is expected
  • Early access to long service leave after 7 years tenure will be granted
  • Autonomy to create own success will be given

As a Shift Supervisor or Restaurant Manager at KFC Yarrawonga, Victoria, you will contribute to creating an energetic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplies effectively
  • Perform other related duties as required
