About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Education Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality, education or care management within aged care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Educating, mentoring and supporting care staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Assessing and identifying clinical gaps and providing training solutions
  • Coaching and advising clinical staff
  • Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate training records
  • Completing monthly care home audits and quality indicator reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation consistent with policy, legislation, and privacy requirements
  • Preparing staff for aged care commission visits

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Education or Care Manager role within aged care
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • National Police and NDIS clearances
  • Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
