About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager at Frontline Recruitment, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail operations. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage all day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a large team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and KPIs: Drive sales growth and meet key performance indicators through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Support the Store Manager in staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Retail Leadership Experience: A track record of success in a retail leadership position, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • High-Volume Retail Sales Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, staff, and management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
