Omini Recruit is seeking an experienced Machine Operator/Production Assistant to join our client's dairy manufacturing team in Dandenong South. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cheese production lines, including CIP and CRP machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cheese Production: Assist in the production of Feta and other cheese products, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Machine Operation: Operate CIP and CRP machines, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
- Production Line Management: Oversee and manage production line operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
- Ricotta Cup Filling: Assist in filling tasks with precision, meeting quality and production targets.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing, with a focus on machine operation and production line work.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
