Experienced Technical Support Professionals Wanted

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by managing and resolving challenging technical issues for our clients.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Your expertise in Java or similar backend programming languages, object-oriented design, and relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle will be valuable assets in this role.

A strong understanding of web applications, including the components of a web application stack and familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other operating systems, is also essential. Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly with Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions/Pages/Scripts/Macros, is highly desirable.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in providing customer-facing technical support for web-based products or e-commerce platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Expertise in Java or similar backend programming languages, object-oriented design, and relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other operating systems.
  • Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions/Pages/Scripts/Macros).
