Job Title: Clinical Governance Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of patient safety and clinical improvement activities. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in complex healthcare settings and a strong understanding of clinical governance principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to develop and implement strategies for enhancing patient safety and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff on matters related to patient safety, clinical risk management, and quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a health discipline and/or significant recent clinical experience in complex healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of clinical governance concepts, including patient safety, quality improvement, and risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide training and education on patient safety issues.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to produce comprehensive reports and present information effectively.
