Job Description:

  • Deliver pre-mixed concrete products in a timely manner.
  • Ensure safety compliance when representing the company to and from delivery points.
  • Commit to safe working practices, adhering to RGA Safety standards.
  • Develop effective relationships with customers and lead personal drive and results.
  • Complete daily pre-starts for vehicle operation.
  • Keep vehicles clean, both internally and externally.
  • Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring high morale contributes to customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Operate Agitator trucks safely while loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
  • Contribute to yard and plant housekeeping.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • HR licence is a must.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
