About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordination Specialist to join our Land Branch in Australia. In this role, you will work closely with the Integrated Work Package (IWP) Lead and support the Branch's Program Managers to ensure timely and accurate establishment of project documentation.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher)
  • A well-developed understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar coordination and administration role
  • High-level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pace environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports
