Lead a High-Performing Retail Planning Team

You will play a key leadership role within our soft goods business unit, aligning inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies to drive sales, gross margin, and stock efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multimillion-dollar stock turn, P&L, and working capital.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, eCommerce, and trade partners.
  • Create and drive seasonal financial plans to meet and exceed BU targets.
  • Oversee sales, margin, and inventory performance — keeping your finger on the pulse of the business.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning professionals — keeping engagement and capability sky high.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic Planning Expertise
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute merchandise planning strategies that drive commercial results.
  • System Proficiency
    • Strong hands-on experience with merchandise planning systems, forecasting, and replenishment tools (e.g., JDA, SAP, BW), and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Category Planning Acumen
    • Skilled in planning for complex merchandise dynamics including size curves and seasonality across various product categories.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Confident managing multi-million-dollar stock positions, optimizing stock turn, and driving P&L outcomes.
  • Analytical Excellence
    • Capable of interpreting large datasets to extract insights and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborative Style
    • Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator who builds strong partnerships at all levels of the business.
