Strategic Portfolio Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering land sale and divestment projects within defined timeframes.
- You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive assessments for delegated decision-makers under the Crown Land Management Act 2016.
- Additionally, you will coordinate acquisition, sale, and vesting initiatives across diverse portfolios.
- Provision of expert advice on complex land status, statutory divestment, and land sales is also expected.
- Managing internal and external service providers across planning, valuation, legal, and marketing functions is a critical aspect of this role.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including government agencies, local councils, industry, and community groups is essential.
- Accurate databases management, project finances administration, and finalization of Crown land accounts are also part of your responsibilities.
- Representing the department in forums, committees, and cross-functional teams is another key responsibility.
