Residential Property Officer Job
">We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Property Officer to join our Infrastructure Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our staff and stakeholders.
">About the Role
">The Residential Property Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the provision of all aspects of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors in the North of Tasmania. This includes managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
">The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management, together with demonstrated understanding and use of relevant legislation. They will also require high-level interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
