Home Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

About the Role:

- Provide domestic assistance to older adults in their own homes, ensuring they live in a safe and comfortable environment.

- Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and transportation to lifestyle activities.

- Offer social support and companionship to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Requirements:

- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role.

- Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
