Senior Risk Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Risk Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving risk management initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for compliance projects.
- Document current and future state processes for assigned initiatives.
- Support the development of program reporting and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with other business analysts and stream leads to ensure program consistency and alignment of outputs.
Requirements:
- Experience as a subject matter expert in operational risk and compliance domains.
- Proven track record of success in risk and compliance transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, documentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
