At DLF Seeds, we are looking for an experienced Seed Plant Operator to join our team. The role involves operating seed treatment, coating, mixing and box packaging plants safely and maintaining quality at all times.

Responsibilities include handling tasks in the process room, driving a forklift and maintaining housekeeping and safe working practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in machine operation and general knowledge of plant maintenance/repairs.
  • Current LF forklift licence with up-to-date experience; reach truck experience is an added benefit.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in teams; cope with seasonal demand.
  • Certain level of physical fitness due to lifting and other demands of the role.
