The ideal candidate will have:

  • TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture (retails or wholesale nursery)
  • Experience in performing electronic sale transaction
  • Competent keyboard skills and Microsoft Office literacy
  • Well-developed team leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering customer service and providing professional advice
  • Good creative skills and good oral communication skills
  • Class C Drivers license
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support staff in their daily duties
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Ensure work is undertaken in accordance with best practice guidelines
  • Make operational decisions in planning and executing work
  • Liaise with supervisors regarding current and future work
  • Perform tasks for plant production and quality management
Requirements
  • TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture
  • Electronic sale transaction experience
  • Microsoft Office literacy
  • Team leadership skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Professional advice provision
  • Drivers license
