Job Title: Workplace Health and Wellness Specialist
About the RoleThis role is a critical part of our team, focusing on psychosocial and mental health strategies, return to work requirements, and global health and wellness programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement psychosocial risk and work design strategy across the organization.
- Assist in ensuring delivery of Health, Safety and Wellness performance in line with personal, team and functional goals and objectives.
- Drive the development and implementation of programs specific to occupational health, wellness, injury prevention, injury management, and return to work.
- Support the implementation of WHS and Wellness programs within site operations.
- Analyze tasks for potential psychosocial issues and execute Amazon injury prevention activities.
- Participate in incident investigation process, especially those related to psychosocial-related or mental health injuries.
- Ensure compliance to state and Australian WHS legislation.
- Maintain accurate WHS systems with completed incident reports and required supporting documentation.
We are looking for an experienced, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed individual who is passionate about WHS, injury prevention, effective management of, and engaged return to work processes.
