Optimize Funding and Liquidity Outcomes as a Senior Leader

This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of strategies to optimize funding and liquidity outcomes. The position involves managing capital, funding, liquidity, and non-traded interest rate risk positions for a large financial institution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong modelling capabilities, intellectual curiosity, and analytical skills. They will also have experience in Treasury and/or financial risk management roles at banks, with a deep understanding of bank balance sheets, regulatory requirements, and Treasury systems.
About the Role- Develop and execute plans to create value by optimizing funding and liquidity outcomes.
- Inform senior executives on liquidity risk appetite using stress test outcomes.
- Ensure that funding and liquidity risks are accurately measured, monitored, and managed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in banking, preferably in Treasury or financial risk management.
- Strong knowledge of funding and liquidity risk management, including stress testing and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
