Field Service Engineer in Melbourne, Australia

The role of Field Service Engineer is a critical position within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and repair of Elevating Work Platforms (EWPs) and Material Handling products in the field and workshop
  • Inventory management to ensure efficient operation

  • Australian Trade certified qualifications in mechanical or auto-electrical fields
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures for construction or agricultural equipment
  • At least 2 years post-trade experience with Australian EWP equipment (preferably)
  • High attention to detail, proficient computer, and communication skills
  • Reliability, innovation, and ambition for career growth
  • Current work rights in Australia without restrictions
  • Valid Australian driver's license

We provide a service vehicle, phone, internet, computer, and comprehensive product training to support your success.

In addition to the above requirements, senior roles may also need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a service engineer in the mechanical or related industry
  • Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Australia (an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license

  • Ability to handle multiple requests without overwhelm
