Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The role of a Field Service Technician is to perform mechanical work involved in the repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance equipment within a nominated region.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage field service priorities and schedules.
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness and proper resourcing of the service fleet vehicle.
- Perform mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining and servicing turf maintenance equipment.
- Establish and maintain relevant service-related information.
- Provide product service training to clients as required.
- Build and maintain a customer base to promote ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
- Participate in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
- Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
