We are seeking an Airside Ground Crew to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling critical tasks such as bagroom operations, loading and unloading, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring the precise receipting and dispatching of aircraft.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform bagroom functions, including scanning and manual handling of luggage.
  • Load and unload baggage and freight efficiently.
  • Manage aircraft receipt and dispatch procedures.
  • Execute aircraft pushback operations safely.
  • Provide essential water and waste services.
  • Operate ground service equipment on the ramp.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A valid Driver's License (including Provisional License).
  • Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
  • Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
  • Ability to work shifts spanning 04:00 - 02:00.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 32 hours per fortnight.
