Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Integrated Business Planning Team. This role involves partnering with the business and technology teams to design and implement data solutions that enable our IBP vision and strategy.

The successful candidate will have expertise in related data enablers, experience in short and long-term planning in a large corporate, leadership of data ownership and stewardship activities, and strong business acumen including deep understanding of business needs.

This role requires active leadership of strategic programs, change leadership and the ability to enable sustainable change through cross-functional collaboration.

A background in the FMCG industry would be an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business and technology teams to design and develop the planning data roadmap.
  • Be accountable for the design and development of planning reporting solutions.
  • Lead data ownership and stewardship activities for Sales and Marketing planning master data.
  • Project-manage key planning data initiatives to ensure end-to-end integration of planning master data.
Requirements
  • A passion for IBP and expertise in related data enablers.
  • A track record of active leadership of strategic programs.
  • Experience in short and long-term planning in a large corporate.
  • Leadership of data ownership and stewardship activities.
  • Program management experience.
  • Strong business acumen including deep understanding of business needs.
  • Change leadership and the ability to enable sustainable change through cross-functional collaboration.
