Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to attract new property management clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with builders, developers, and financial planners.
  • Representing MICM at appointments and inspections, showcasing our services.
  • Collaborating with marketing and leasing teams to ensure properties are presented and promoted effectively.
  • Reporting on performance and KPIs to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in property management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate legislation and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level organisational and time management abilities.
  • Agent's Representative Certificate (required).
  • Driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
