Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu, ensuring that every dish presented to guests meets our presentation standards while showcasing your signature flair.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and equipment effectively, minimizing waste and maintaining a smooth operation.
  • Ensure seamless communication with supervisors and duty managers regarding any safety incidents, equipment malfunctions, or low supplies.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to all regulations.
  • Assist with dishwashing and other tasks as needed during peak periods, guaranteeing efficient kitchen operations.

  • A valid working visa for Australia without restrictions
  • Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a luxury hotel environment
  • Certifications: Food and Safety Certificate

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Impeccable grooming standards and personal hygiene
  • An organized approach and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong communication and writing skills
