Maintenance Planner Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Fleet and Logistic team.

This role requires forecasting and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks for our assets, sourcing and procuring goods and services from contracted suppliers, and ensuring that all purchases meet specifications, pricing, and quality.

  • Effective use of the ERP system to schedule and complete maintenance plans.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of ERP equipment schedules and work order history.
  • Producing reports from ERP to review history accuracy and cost data.
  • Managing component change-out work orders and drafting maintenance plans.
  • Forecasting monthly, 3-monthly, and annual equipment maintenance plans.
  • Scheduling component ordering and stock control.
  • Attending weekly planning meetings and ensuring all maintenance activities are scheduled based on daily review.

Key Requirements:

A background in Civil/Mining or Maintenance Planning is essential. Strong organizational skills, planning ability, and experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities are also required.

The successful candidate will possess sound understanding of sourcing products and financial implications, as well as established relationships with vendors and suppliers.
