The Program Manager position provides an exciting opportunity to coordinate, manage and oversee the operational day-to-day running of a suite of services from our Gosnells branch. This full-time role is accountable for the overall performance, reputation, and development of Centrecare's activities and workforce for the office based at our Gosnells branch.
This role is part of our Senior Management Team, reporting to the Executive Manager. It is one of three Program Manager roles at the branch, providing management and guidance to a diverse team of staff working across youth justice, adult reintegration and homelessness services, supporting families, children, young people, and adults.
A key responsibility of this role will be to ensure all staff are operating within Centrecare's Therapeutic Framework. You will also provide management supervision and support to staff, including performance reviews. Conducting regular audits of service standards and ensuring the integrity of systems, processes, and procedures across operations will also be an essential duty.
You will work collaboratively with other managers on long-term goals, and you must be able to analyse and present program data as well as write tenders and reports. Proven Senior Management experience in the Community Services sector, including Government and not-for-profit organisations, is required.
We are looking for a strong leader and communicator who can motivate staff and manage conflict. The ability to demonstrate senior management experience in providing oversight of culturally appropriate, strength-based approaches to clinical services for children, young people, and families is necessary.
