ABOUT THE ROLE

The Aged Care Operations Support is responsible for providing leadership, managerial and clinical support to The Salvation Army Aged Care operations across a portfolio of aged care centres.

As Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for supporting our aged care operations management team. The range of exciting projects you will be assisting with include:

- deputising for the Centre Managers, Care Managers, Area Managers in their absence
- roll out of new model of care, clinical care standards and lifestyle opportunities to residents
- operational efficiency enhancements, such as rostering improvements
- supporting the roll out of new governance initiatives
- supporting aged care centres pre-, during
- & post
- accreditation

This will include, but is not limited to, financial management (occupancy, ACFI, labour costs), staff management. Emphasis is on best practice, continuous quality improvement and constructive relationships which reflect the core values and direction of TSA Aged Care.

Based in Perth, this position would require travel to the various metro and regionally located homes including interstate travel, and would suit someone with a positive, hands on, "can do" attitude.

ABOUT YOU
- An experienced AHPRA Registered Nurse within Aged Care
- Knowledge of the accreditation process as well as the new aged care standards
- Strong understanding of quality and compliance within Aged Care
- Solid experience working as a Facility Manager / Quality Management within Aged Care
- Multi-site management experience highly desirable
- Exceptional ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to engage, empower and influence staff
- Aadvanced skills in prioritising and problem solving
- Superior communication and interpersonal relationship management skills
- Ability to lead and drive continuous contemporary clinical performance improvement, change management and a best practice agenda
- National NDIS Workers Screening Check
