We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team in shaping the future of digital design and empowering global creativity.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, building systems that power massive scale creativity. As a Backend Developer, you'll be at the heart of technical innovation, working on architecting robust APIs, optimising system performance, and developing shared services that scale with business growth.

You'll partner with Product and Design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions, work alongside Frontend Engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences, and contribute to the technical vision that drives our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement backend features within sophisticated service architectures
  • Maintain critical systems powering both user-facing and internal applications
  • Drive code quality through testing, monitoring, and performance optimisation
Requirements
  • Production experience with Java-based backend systems
  • Strong grasp of multithreading, service design, and performance optimisation
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and RESTful API development
