Fortescue seeks an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality, practical training across site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face-to-face training and assessments for mobile equipment and fixed plant operations.
  • Coordinate site-specific training to meet operational requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Develop, validate, and moderate Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), learning resources, and assessment tools.
  • Regularly review and update assessments, documents, and procedures to reflect current best practices.
  • Conduct internal audits and safety inspections related to training and competency assurance.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience operating heavy equipment or in fixed plant operations within a mining environment.
  • A strong understanding of industry safety standards and RTO compliance.
  • Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be willing to work towards it.
