The Role

We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to be based at our CBD Head Office. As part of our Compliance Team, this role is responsible for ensuring our workforce holds the relevant qualifications to meet company, trade, industry, client, and site compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with new employees to ensure all required Linkforce-funded training is booked and completed prior to their mobilisation.
  • Book employees into training courses and medical appointments with external providers.
  • Action training requests and process purchase orders.
  • Review training qualifications and identify opportunities to upskill existing employees.
  • Run compliance training matrices for all employees and perform training gap analysis to ensure qualifications, licences, inductions, and documents are correct and current.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current client-specific requirements and compliance processes and procedures.
  • Monitor the Compliance Group email inbox and phone line, ensuring all communication is actioned in a timely manner.

About You

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role or a role with a transferable skillset, including:

  • Experience within the mining industry or knowledge and understanding of compliance processes and principles within the mining industry (advantageous).
  • Customer service experience with proven ability in a high-volume and demanding environment.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) with the ability to familiarise quickly to new systems/programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines and within a team.
