Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering and maintaining systems, tools, templates, and processes for the University's compliance, delegations, and risk frameworks.
  • Guiding and supporting University policy developers with the development, review, approval, and publishing of their policies.
  • Spreading awareness through education and training materials to enhance policy, compliance, and risk capabilities.
  • Monitoring changes in the external political, legislative, or regulatory environment that could impact Curtin.
  • Collecting and analysing data to generate insights and dashboards to support the development of reports related to the policy, compliance, and risk frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience working within risk and compliance management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across various areas and levels.
  • Proven ability to work within established policies and professional standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in data management, workflows, and project coordination.
